Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency such as excessive bleeding, or you feel your child's life is being threatened due to their medical condition, please call 911 immediately!
Walk-in Visits Not Allowed
Please schedule your appointment! Walk-ins are not allowed. Walk-in visits are unfair to our patients who have previously scheduled appointments and it could delay life-threatening treatment if your child should have been in the emergency room. If you decide to come to the office without an appointment you will be charged an additional processing fee to triage your sick child as a walk-in. We can not guarantee that you will see a provider immediately.

Gwinnett Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine provides convenient and effective appointment scheduling depending on the type of appointment your child needs. Please choose from the appointment types below for more details on scheduling your child's appointment.
Appointment Cancellation
If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours to allow room to schedule children who need urgent appointments. If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, you may incur a charge of $50 for well-child visits and $25 for sick visit cancellation.
Nutrition consult appointments require a 48-hour notice to avoid a $50 charge.
Frequent no-shows, last-minute reschedules or cancelations may cause dismissal from the practice.
